Yes, it appears it will, but it's hard to estimate what kind of damage may be underneath. I would try using a claybar and see how much you can pull

Yes, it appears it will, but it's hard to estimate what kind of damage may be underneath.
I would try using a claybar and see how much you can pull out of the paint before doing any buffing. |
