Dawn has a reputation in the detailing world for removing waxes. While it probably won't affect a ceramic coating, I'd personally avoid any dish washing products as they can be a bit harsh.
I use Meguiar's soft wash gel in a foam cannon. pH neutral, inexpensive and super sudsy.

Take as walk through your local autoparts store. Mine has quite a few choices for ceramic coatings from the normal big companies.

I use Gyeon Bathe, the safest are generally the companies that do coatings as well, e.g. CarPro make Reset.

Some of the off shelf stuff has other additives, e.g. Meguiars Gold Class. Not neccessarily a bad thing, but the reason they suggest to avoid waxes and the like is because it masks the ceramic coating and you don't get the full effect of it.

If you search you will find a lot of excellent car washing products. With your ceramic coat use a car wash shampoo that doesn’t have wax ingredient in it let your ceramic coat do it’s job. I have been using Meguiars Gold Class car wash shampoo and conditioner and Adams car wash shampoo with a Meguiars microfiber mitt for many years with no problems. My ceramic coat has lasted a long time. I would avoid using dish soap on your paint.
