how can i get oil based shine, grease, dirt build up off my tire
hi, how can i get oil based shine, grease, dirt build up off my tire, i washed it by hand and a touchless car wash, i wanted to get it perfectly clean before i start using the new water based tire shine i bought, and i dont want the applicator to come into contact with any left behind oil based shine from the tire.
