DeTalks: The Basics
Let me know what you guys think and if you would like to see more of these. Also, let me know if there are any topics that you would like to see discussed and whether or not you would like for the videos to be longer or shorter.

Really enjoyed the videos, junkman! keep em coming! Very cool idea to have the perspective of the professional and the weekend warrior. No need to shorten the time of the videos IMO, found them very entertaining.

While I think most of your videos are too long (too much info not related to car care), that's just the way The Junkman does it. I imagine that many of your followers enjoy the off-topic chat (it is entertaining), it's just not what I want to see in an instructional video. Still some of the best info around and well worth sitting through the "fluff" to get to the goodies.
Keep up the good work.

Hell, I couldn't sit through a detailing video if it was just information. I'd be sleep in the first 5 minutes! That's why I don't watch detailing videos on the web. Way too technical for me. I have a rule. If Halle Barry would fall asleep watching it, then I have failed with that video. Funny thing is, I have had more wives and girlfriends write me because they saw their husbands and boyfriends watching them and found them interesting too. That made them want to watch them also so that they could figure out what to buy their significant other as a detailing gift.
Now just imagine how happy that man was when THAT gift arrived. Here's an example of my kind of nutritional video. I learn more from these these guys than I ever could from a nutritional "expert." Which is why as soon as I post this response, I will hit my bike, roll to the gym and do this at 4:00 AM in the morning: Whatever motivation does it for you.

Nice videos, very professional.
The professional in this video stated that he pressure washes before ONR. That's a great process, but clearly detaches itself from the whole ONR selling point. He's using many gallons of water, and by the time he's done pressure washing, the only thing remaining is a fine veneer of dirt that can easily and safely be lifted and wiped away with ONR, if used liberally with good media. Again, it's a great technique, but it doesn't sell Rinseless washing to me. The whole selling point to me is not getting out the hose. |
