Exclamation How to remove adhesive left over from a clear bra?

The previous owner of my Z had put a clear bra on the front of the car. Today when washing my car I figured it was time to remove it because A) it had insects caked on it that I have tried for months to get off and B) the current one only covers half the hood, so I want to get one that covers the full hood.

I took off the bra (which was a pain) and washed the car and there's 2 things I noticed. The area where the bra was now has a different sheen from the rest of the car that can be seen in this image with water still on the hood of the car: (this picture is with the bra off, so you can see how halfway up the hood it looks completely different, the lower half had the bra on previously)

Also, there are tiny patches of actual adhesive left over.

Should a clay bar and re-wax take care of this easy peasy, or are there other steps I need to take to make the hood look correct again?
