Exclamation 2012 370z nismo (loaded)

I am selling my prize NISMO to accommodate another vehicle I am interested in...
I currently have it on ebay here:
Nissan 370Z nismo Coupe 2 Door | eBay
I have a reserve at $37,000.

I will also be putting it on autotrader.com this week.
Here are the stats: 2012 370Z NISMO
Adult owned, never raced, extremely “Babied” Car…
Limited edition NISMO VIN#JN1AZ4EH3CM562071
Full Factory 36,000 mile warranty
3.7 Litre DOHC SMPI 24-Valve V6 NISMO Engine
3,696 cc (226 cu in) V6 (VQ37VHR 355 PS (261 kW; 350 hp)@7400, 374 N·m (276 lb·ft)@5200
6 Speed manual transmission w/SyncroRev Match
Keyless Entry
Xenon Headlights
NISMO Carpeted Floor Mats and Trunk Mat
Added by me and done professionally:
$1,370 - FAST INTENSIONS: CBE Exhaust system w/12” Resonators, Polished Stainless Mufflers and 4.5” Tips
$375 - FAST INTENSIONS: VQ37VHR Resonated test pipes in non-polished stainless
$483 - STILLEN Generation 3 ULTRA LONG TUBE dual high flow Intakes
$250 – RJM Performance Clutch System
$314 - SWIFT SPEC “R” Springs
$229 - H&R Black anodized DRS TRAK+ Spacers (20mm-Rear) (15mm-Front)
$179 - Import Auto SPC 370Z Rear Camber Arm w/Toe Bolt
$385 - Import Auto SPC 370Z Front Camber/Caster Arms
$225 - Michigan Window Tint: 5% Rear and side quarter windows, 15% Doors and 5% Visor on upper Windshield
$190 - NISSAN 370Z NISMO Factory car cover
$1,000+ Labor, supplies, alignments, etc.
Oil Change w/Castrol Full Synthetic every 2,000 miles.
I have all manuals, receipts, alignment specs, title and related paperwork.
This car has only seen rain once since I have owned it. It is VERY well cared for.
Engine compartments, trunk area, Door cavities, interior and underbelly washed and hand wiped at every washing. (typically cleaner than a new car)
With all modifications the car should run a strong 400+ Horsepower. (Never put on a dyno, but always wanted too)
I would recommend a UPREV tune if you can find a facility to perform one. (Nearest from me is 400 miles)

I'd assume he's making an estimate of crank hp. 400 probably isn't too far off the mark. Definitely 375+.

Thx Chuck... not trying to "mis-represent" I never dyno'd the car. Besides, most people on this blog have a good understanding of how the car will perform with the mods I have...
