I saw 2 2012 base automatics with very low mileage on cars.com. Both had an asking price of $25,900. White & grey colors. By the time my interest in a Nismo faded, the white one got sold. The grey had only 1k.
I went to the dealer the next day. Offered $24k + tax, planning to settle at $25k. No dice, they wanted the internet price of $25,900. Even the G.M said no. Next day on the phone I had a very nice talk with the owner of the place. Real nice guy with an understanding open mind. A half hour later the salesman called me up & I gave him an over the phone deposit. $25k + tax for a 2012 1k mileage mint condition car. Can't ??? anyway, I'm very happy with the car.
