If you just want to stay with OE pads any good parts store should be able to get them.

I've dealt with Whitehead and they're pretty good.

OEM just order it from a nissan dealership... the mark up isn't as bad as you think it may be.

I use rockauto.com, can't beat their prices. I'm pretty sure they carry akebono pads if you have the sport package.

edit: I just saw you have a base Z

just called nissan, front pair pads $102, rear $107 OEM pads.
whiteheadperformance, hawk pc ceramic front $104.16, rear $95.83.
any suggestions on the 2? and i have read older threads on pads but they were from a couple years ago

newb question, i know, but i have to ask, when changing pads, should all 4 be changed at the same time, or just the rear or fronts? im not sure if the squeaking is coming from the front or rear, where does it generally wear out first for rwd cars, front or rear?

maybe someone else can shed light but i would think not. if your fronts are at 20% and rear at 50% some would but i personally would swap the fronts and then look at getting the rears done at the next oil change or something.

You don't need to change both front and rear at the same time. If your rear isn't worn out yet, just change the front.
