There is many places you can go in your area (GTA) let me double check the name of the place I have used for jobs that needed specialty tools Oil cooler - I would recommend one with a Setrab core, check out the Z1 oil coolers they have many options and add ons available I would also recommend a thermostatic plate then you won't have to worry about "over cooling" issues.
