Backup camera install in Vancouver
Hi my fellow Vancouverites,
I'm planning on purchasing the backup camera + bypass kit from Rear Camera Kit - Car Kit Company. Is that a good place to buy the kit? I'm planning on picking it up in Point Roberts. Do you guys know any good places I can get it installed in Vancouver? Thanks a lot. |

While I have yet to install the camera from the Car Kit Company I can assure you that Brian is a good guy to deal with and I would most definitely order from him again. I purchased the camera, switch bypass, and steering lock bypass. All which showed up promptly and as described.

I installed it for a member before. But I never figured out how to make the guide lines show up.
Sounds good audio in coquitlam is pretty good. Last time I asked they wanted 120 for the install I think. I could be wrong cuz it was awhile ago |

The kit comes with very easy instructions and the install took me about 3 hours. I do next nothing when it comes to working on cars because I know next to nothing. Trust me, if I can do it, anyone can.
It does involve removing parts of the interior and quite frankly, I didn't trust anyone to be as gentle and thorough as I would be.

with Dizzy if you have a place (garage) to do it in yourself it will not be that hard just take your time and be patient! Brian includes great instructions and I think there is even videos linked IIRC.
