Any experience with whitehead performance?
Anyone have personal experience with these guys? Reviews online seem so mixed that its hard to get a good reading of what kind of service to expect...just looking to order an exhaust from them, so they won't be working directly on my car which from some of the reviews I've read is a good thing.

From what I've read and my personal experience, they seem to be selective on who they want to help and treat fairly. They seem to be amazing when they do decide that they want to help you with what you need.
I'd say if you could get a good price/deal on the part(s) you're looking for, why not buy it from them. Don't expect too much in terms of customer service though.. For me, I will never go to them again for anything, ever. Sent from my SM-N960W using Tapatalk |

edit-I only recently found the greddy after making this thread and would say I like it almost equally as much as the motordyne, so seeings as tdotperformance has them stocked I may go with this option. Last edited by Ļon; 06-04-2020 at 03:18 AM. |

Worst Whitehead Performance experience I'd like to say don't give them any business but im obviously biased lol. But if you can get a good price ordering online from them than go for it. As long as they don't touch your car i don't see an issue, just dont expect much communication from them. Among another things, communication is a hit or miss there. if you come into any issues you'll most likely be dealing with the manufacturer warranty as opposed to the shop you ordered from so just go with whatever site gives you the best deal imo. This will be easier when you know which exhaust you want specifically Last edited by Asus_; 06-04-2020 at 11:17 AM. |

Wouldn't exactly say they're giving me the best price, they're just the only ones who happen to have stock of it unfortunately...but that might be due to people not wanting to give them business lol starting to lean towards the greddy though being 1500$ cheaper and not giving a bad shop my business is a win win imo |

https://arkperformance.com/index.php...7&product_id=2 I personally have the Ark Performance Grip Exhaust instead of the DT-S and take note the Grip exhaust sits a bit low in the back so if you too low that could be an issue for you. but honestly your going to love any exhaust you choose! The Ark as far as im aware is on the quieter side, but it can get loud when you step on it. I like it because it has no drone and it sounds great, nothing obnoxiously loud but a nice deep note
Regardless of which exhaust you choose, your going to love it but for what its worth If you can spend the extra bit, i'd say its worth getting the exhaust you really want. Search deep for a used one or find out if they go on sale on holidays. Money comes and goes, we sometimes forget that we need to live for now not just saving for later. Assuming its not going to financially cripple you, i'd say go for it. |

You are going to love it man! The anticipation is going to kill you lol but well worth it for going what you truly wanted in the end. If your up for it, write up a little review in Intake/Exhaust - Nissan 370Z Forum and maybe a quick sound clip of the exhaust note when it's all installed with your impressions and thoughts. I'd love to read it. It'll maybe help others when they come looking. |
