There's at least one DIY on this site and several threads with good tips/caveats. Add "site:the370z.com" to your search string at any major web search engine. It doesn't look like

It doesn't look like a particularly difficult job IF one has some mechanical aptitude AND the proper tools (lift, trans jack, &c) AND enough space. It's not something I would recommend for the occasional mechanic. YMMV
