Default ebrake adjustments question

so i had new rear rotors put on and my ebrake is so crappy now. on a slight hill id either have to put it in gear or pull 100 times to get the ebrake to engage..and on big hills it doesnt stay at all unless i put it in gear. i and the tech look at it and he said adjustment under the cup holder wont work its maxxed out and that he would HAVE to take the brakes off and adjust something back there to make it grab....anyone else have this happen??

Yes sir, or just Youtube it. Adjusting the ebrake is just about universal on all vehicles. I don't think you even have to take the rotors off, should have a small hole with a rubber cover on that you can take off and adjust with a screw driver.
