When installing Megan lowering springs, do I need adjusters or additional pieces or just put them on the struts to make them work?

Are you talking about other suspension parts? Like Camber arms and such?
The springs themselves will sit right in the bucket or slide right onto the shock

Camber arms front and rear and toe bolts if you want to be able to get the car aligned correctly after you install the springs.

I'm on Eibachs and I needed them front and rear. I don't think you can get less of a drop than Eibachs.
