Are there any coilovers out there that will not rust?

KW variant 3, as per their features, utilize "Inox-line" stainless steel to prevent all rust.

I personally run KWv3, and after 15k+ miles, there is ZERO rust or corrosion. They are dirty, but if you clean them (which I don't bother, you can't see it anyway), they look brand new every time. The height adjustment works perfectly too.

Psssssttt, you live in Florida, he lives in Chicago. Not exactly apples to apples on road salt and such throughout the year. I think road salt will kill anything.

This is why I dont drive in salty conditions. Even then I am still concerned because I do park my car out in the open.

Pretty sure SS or aluminium will out last the car! You'll need to rebuild and change the fluid before the body falls apart. When you service them then sand and repaint if need be.

Yea well when you add salt to things, things just don't last.

Way paranoid dude. Lived in ohio my whole life. Junk *** mild paint steel shocks have lasted on cars for hundreds of thousands of miles without issue. SS or aluminium coilovers powder coated or anodized will out last your car, period. Your motor will blow long before the coilover.

No need to worry about that issue, more things are rather important other than resistance to rust.

Pfffffft.

True though. Eventually, anything can corrode.
