Sports package brake pads and rotors replacement/upgrades

I am in need of new front rotors and pads I was wondering if I should go with o or aftermarket. Oem rotors and pads are about 320$. From dealer.

Oem rotors and pads are about 320$. From dealer. Any ideas on a upgraded after market ones or somewhere I can get the oem rotors cheaper?
