Yes, the rears are the same. The only coilovers that should be adjusted differently are ones with seperate spring and shock in the rear or ones with non-adjustable lower mounts. With separate spring/shock (sometimes called OEM Style), you set your ride height with the spring and then set the shock stroke by adjusting the lower mount. With non-adjustable lower mounts you set the right height be adjusting spring droop (the opposite of pre-load).
