Default Torque spec needed for front shock's bottom bolt

Only thing I could find in the service manual is a view of the front stabilizer. looks like the stabilizer bolt goes into the shock eyelet, and the torque spec is 120ftlbs???? Is that correct?

BTW, coming from Toyota's, Nissan's manual is pathetic.

Correct, sway bar end link goes through the shock and is torqued to 120 lb/ft.

We must be working in the same area. I also need some torque specs for the three bolts on the bracket for the control arm end that the end link for the sways goes through and holds the lower coilover. Also is there any spec for the three nuts on the upper coilover in the engine bay?

Thanks..

I think the 3 bolts that hold that metal piece to the lower strut. I torqued mine to 55.

I visited my Nissan dealerships service manager, a real DIY mod fan, and the torque spec he looked up for me, as it is not in the service manual, is 62 ft/lbs. So the number you used is good in my book. By the way, don't screw-up or lose the plate/bracket or you will be buying a new transverse link. It's the only way to get the bracket and the 14 mm bolts will have to be matched to others that are identified on the Z or other Nissans.

I did mine to 54. 62 seems high for going into aluminum... I haven't driven the car yet, so I guess I'll redo it to 62.
