Torque spec needed for front shock's bottom bolt

Only thing I could find in the service manual is a view of the front stabilizer. looks like the stabilizer bolt goes into the shock eyelet, and the torque spec

Is that correct? BTW, coming from Toyota's, Nissan's manual is pathetic.
