I run my front Konis on OEM springs. Rears are divorced SPL setup with non-lowering Swifts. Everything works just peachy.

On the front Koni coilovers. The lower spring perch sits about 1/4" lower. So if using stock springs. The front will sit aboit a 1/4" lower.

OK, maybe I should explain the question better. I have Swift lowering springs and Koni yellows. Since lowering her it has taken the enjoyment out of driving her. Every dip in the road and transitions from road to driveways, parking lots you name it. It bottoms out. No fun to have to be so careful. I knew before I did this it would be a problem, but didn't think just driving down a road and hitting a dip would be affected. So I want to take the Swift springs out and keep the Koni yellow shocks on. They are not coil overs. The description for the Konis says they are specially designed for cars that are fitted with lowering springs". Does that mean they won't work correctly if I put the OEM springs back on?

They will work with any spring. But as you found out. With the front spring perch already a 1/4" lower. Your Z sits too low now. With the oem springs. The rear will be back at oem height. The front will be 1/4" lower.

With the Oem springs wont it sit like it did when it was new? I could be wrong but the shocks has nothing to do with the ride height. Correct

The rear will sit like new. The front will sit a 1/4" lower. Because of the spring perch. The spring perch is the on the front coilovers, where the bottom of the spring sits. The location of that is a 1/4" lower than stock. So your front will sit a 1/4" lower with the stock springs.

Got it. Will changing the front springs back to original raise it up more than it is with the swifts. So will it effect handling with the front 1/4" lower then the back and will it look weird?

Changing the fronts back to OEM will raise the car to front stock height minus 1/4". Handling and appearance both are fine on mine.
