Need help with my car

Hello, this is my first post, i registered some time ago and now i'm approved.

I need your help in various things regarding my car.

i have a 370z sport 2010 stock

First one. i Noticed once placed 20mm spacers that my pilot rear wheel is more further out than my rearpassenger wheel. and it's visually recognizable i attach some pictures.
So.. i'm so lost about what it can be..

second and less important: when i haven't used my car for hours and turn it on, my oil temp gauge is stuck and won't move to the initials 70* as you can see in the picture, it will move as it warms up. if i turn on the car, shows stuck, and turn it off and re turn it on then it goes to correct start position.
