Need help with my car
Hello, this is my first post, i registered some time ago and now i'm approved.
I need your help in various things regarding my car. i have a 370z sport 2010 stock First one. i Noticed once placed 20mm spacers that my pilot rear wheel is more further out than my rearpassenger wheel. and it's visually recognizable i attach some pictures. So.. i'm so lost about what it can be.. second and less important: when i haven't used my car for hours and turn it on, my oil temp gauge is stuck and won't move to the initials 70* as you can see in the picture, it will move as it warms up. if i turn on the car, shows stuck, and turn it off and re turn it on then it goes to correct start position. thank you. |

#1 Might be some bad alignment, take it to an alignment shop and post the results here of the before and after.
#2 Old gauge is having a tough time getting it up? They have pills for that. Seems to be a electronic issue? The gauges are not simple independent gauges, they come from the cars computer rather then directly from the sensor as I understand it. |

Yes, i need to change tires and will do the alignment, actually tires have 5 years as it only did 20.000mil km in the last 5 years. Regarding gauge, it goes up without problem. what i have is that, when the car isn't running for hours and you turn on the car the gauge moves to the top and then it goes to 70 (minimum temp) this is what it should do. but mine it gets stuck like the picture. when the car warms it would go up as normally, but since it started lower, the optimal temp (90º) the gauge shows it lower. as i said, if i turn off the car and then turn on again the gauge even if it's cold will act like normal. |

Sounds like a gauge going out or a problem with CAN/ODB communication. If it's a CAN/OBD problem, you may have a DTC that can point you in the right direction.

Ok. i don't know how, but i saw some pictures of random z's and noticed that the rear wheel sticks out further than the other side just the same like my car... i investigated a bit more and found more pictures.

That's just caused by the camera angle being slightly off. You can see it by looking at the mirrors. So, those pics don't really show anything significant. In your case, an alignment check will put the issue to rest.

All of those photos are worthless
An alignment and inspection of your actual suspension will tell the real story
