The top one came out with a few taps but I was able to fit the 1/2" ratchet in there and smack it with my hand but the bottom one is so damn stubborn just bought some wd40 and sprayed them down so I can hopefully break them free

I got 2 bolts in and I'm at a dead end currently if I can't get these off lol hopefully this wd40 helps me crack them loose wish me luck

I hit it with a rubber mallet. You may also want to use some PB Blaster. It's much better then WD-40.
