OEM = meh...
Upgrade to Koni Yellows, and adjustable!

Not that much more expensive.

If you're set on OEM, the cheapest would probably to find someone that's replacing their stocks with aftermarket. You can usually find them pretty cheap second hand.

+1 If you are doing struts and shocks as said you mite as well go with aftermarket struts and shocks it will only be slightly more and a upgrade to the OEM struts and shocks. Also the Nismo struts and shocks are something to consider.

Okay thanks for the info. So I'm considering used Nismo struts and shocks. But let me ask are the originals on the sport pkg the same as the originals on the base?

No, not the same. The 14 and older Nismo stuff is stiff.

Okay so the 2009 Nismo and the 2009 Touring w/Sport pkg come from the factory with the same shocks and struts?

I guess I'm trying to figure out if the base and the touring w/sport pkg come with the same shocks and struts from the factory.

Base and Sport, Sport/Touring is the same. Nismo is stiffer. Both springs and shocks. The 15 and up Nismo is softer than the earlier years. But still stiffer than the other models.

The front Koni's relocate the bottom spring perch about a 1/4" lower.
