Coilover deals
I hate to be that guy and I didn't want to start a new thread because some of the mods think it's unnecessary, anyone know of places that normally have black Friday deals on coil overs every year? I'm putting off my purchase and timing it for November later this year. I already know which coil overs I want, either the Powertix R/T, KW Variant 3, Bilstein PSS10 or Greddy KW X I'll be fine with either of those. However, the Powertrix and Bilstein is actually my top choices that I am aiming for. But I will get the ones that have a deal on them because I've heard positive things about all 4 of those and I'm a haggler and want to save any little penny if I know I can save any little penny. I noticed Z1 Motorsports didn't have any coil over deals and neither did Stillen when I last checked in November. Does Concept Z Performance? Or Nissan Racing Shop?

Fortune Auto, which does make coils for us, has what i believe they call a "Scratch and Dent" sale, which covers our application and many others. They are selling coilovers with slight imperfections or non-functional blemishes for various discounts.
I actually got my coilovers from such as sale, for my IS300. Even better, they had my coils listed, but were actually out of stock so they honored the discount price and gave me a brand new set! Z1 and Zspeed always have black friday sales, so you should see what they stock around then. Powertrix is run by just one dude - you could probably tell him your situation and see if he'll hook it up. Worst that can happen is he'll say sorry, no. There are also various used options that pop up from time to time.

Fortune Auto are great coilovers. Like OptionZero, I ran them on a Lexus (GS430) and couldn't have been more pleased. THMotorsports has excellent prices on Stance USA coilovers (I have the older GR+ Pro on the Z). You can't go wrong with Powertrix either

I like the Fortune 500 Series coil overs. They look pretty good. But now you guys are complicating my decision now which I'm gonna drop the Bilsteins since it's the only one of my choices where I can't adjust the dampers as good as the others.

Gonna go with the Fortune Autos, they have a 5 year warranty which is worth it. I like what I've read about Charles at Powertrix but you can't beat a 5 year warranty and something that was torture tested.

I could help you out if you had any specific questions but honestly, it works the same as any other cup kit (although they do include a pressure gauge which is nice)... or did you want something along the lines of a video?

mainly the quality of the lines and fittings and such
I'm annoyed that i can't just buy parts an add them to my existing coils; they require me to send my coils back to them for new parts to be installed. i think the shafts have to be replaced
