There are many threads covering this. You probably won’t need front camber arms. You will Almost certainly need rear camber arms, and would benefit from toe bolts. Just get SPL rear camber arms and spc toe bolts (the bolts are only like $30) and get an alignment. You should be good to go.
Your question, “toe bolts without anything else”, sure you can, but you should get the rear camber arms at a minimum. Keep in mind, some people manage to use swift springs and magically keep everything in spec using stock parts. So if you are willing to risk two alignments, just install the springs and see your alignment results for more guidence on what parts you need. Have fun.
