Base to Akebono Sport Brakes - Verify if I have everything?
I already have come across the Akebono Sport calipers for a good price. If I just picked up this Z1 kit, would I have a successful install?
Here is the link: https://www.z1motorsports.com/z1-pro...ge-p-4490.html I apologize for this question it’s it been answered, but from what I’ve searched, I’ve been hearing mixed things. The last thing I want is to be in the middle of a build and forget something. Thanks guys. Thanks guys. Last edited by t_n0d; 06-12-2018 at 12:35 AM. |

only issue I ran into was my wheels didn't clear the calipers in the front. I had to grab 20mm spacers. and you have to trim the back plating in the rears, front your fine!
that kit you posted is only pads and rotor and ss lines, NO calipers. unless you have the calipers already....then I'm sorry lol |

A little late to the game, but stock 18's WILL fit Sport/Nismo brakes with no issue.

Sorry for the late response, but no. No spacers are needed. When I bought my Nismo wheels, my stock 18" wheels went on a Sport. They went right on with no issue at all.
