Took my 3 week old 2018 370 Nismo back to my local Nissan HPC due to tramlining. Here is the report after adjustment Technician informed me that they couldn’t adjust

Here is the report after adjustment Technician informed me that they couldn’t adjust the Castor angle without ordering shims etc Anyone else had this problem?
