Default Camber alignment out of spec

Hi guys,

So I recently got an alignment but the camber was off (see attached). They said the manufacturer doesn’t recommend adjusting the camber. However, I believe this needs to be brought back to green since it might’ve been caused by hitting a curb or something. At any rate, what are your thoughts and would you recommend I purchase something to bring it back into spec?

Thanks

Ps their label is incorrect. My vehicle is a 2013 370z

Find a new shop. Not fixing the front camber has nothing to do with Nissan recommendations. Front camber on our cars is NOT adjustable with OEM parts as there literally is nothing there to adjust.

If you want to adjust front camber you will need to buy aftermarket adjustable upper control arms.

Is there a specific brand you would recommend for daily driving? I just want to get the specs back to oem. A link would be very helpful. Thanks

All they do is tire change and alignments, so I don’t expect them to know much. Regardless I will get a refund and have the parts installed elsewhere

You have 2 choices, SPL or SPC. SPL's are the better quality ones.

Your camber is that off (about 2 deg diff side to side) with NO modifications?

And you said you hit a curb?

I think you need to figure out what arm is broken/bent

but

the answer for alignment is always the same: SPL, SPL, SPL

This is what I found from SPL. Close to 900$! Out of my price range. I’ll check spc. Thanks

Question

Funny thing is. His caster is good on both sides, at +4.5.

If he's not lowered, and culprit is a bent arm, i think sourcing a used OEM arm should be considered.

Either that car hit something hard or the allignment machine is out of calibration. The report says the other side is sitting at 0 camber. Bent sway bar end links?

Most likely a bent upper control arm. Use this diagnostic chart we use here to find out which component could be the culprit. The only issue is you need the summary print out from that alignment shop. If they're any sort of updated it should be in alignment computer saved under your Vin or customer number
