Default Goodridge brake lines

Have any owners, specifically 2013+ models W/Sport brakes, installed Goodridge stainless steel brake lines? (The end fittings are different prior to 2013)

Attempting installation, my shop found the end fittings are lacking a “notch” that allows for the leaf spring type retaining clip to mount the lines to the body connection.

Any insight?

(Circled in 2nd picture is the problem area)

I installed a set on my 2013 Z ... and had no issues with re-installing the retainer clips. Everything fit fine. Can you post pic(s) showing the actual line(s)? Could be a manufacturing defect.

Incidentally, the Goodridge Part Number on my set was 22077.

The lines look OK. The retainer clip should simply slide into the slot at the end of the line just below the opening where the female threads are located ... similar to the slot shown in the circled area of your original pic.
