A very popular setup on the Z is a set of Swift Spec Rs + SPL or SPC Rear Camber Arms + SPC Rear Toe Bolts. That is more than enough to lower your car and get your alignment back to OE spec.
If you are worried about your shocks at all then I would lean towards Swift. Since they are designed to work with your OEM shocks and will not greatly damage them over time. Many people on the forum say with the Swifts springs is how the 370Z should have came from the factory! Let me know if you have any other questions. I can also help you out with great pricing on that setup. Joshua | KamiSpeed
