G3500 is a high carbon rated rotor. More carbon = dissipates heat more, stronger and less squeal. They are often used in higher performance cars.

i believe stop tech are high carbon rotors. Just priced higher

Ah I see... I say order the fleabay rotors and report back =) People seem to have fine results with generic autoparts store rotors and I'd imagine this is not terribly different.

Considering longevity - can you resurface slotted rotors?
