Brake line nut question
Does anyone know the parts number for this? it's the 12mm nut holding the front brake lines.
Me and my friend were trying to install my lowering springs when we run into this bolt that's was really hard to get out. It's almost stripped and we know that once we put it back on it will be rounded and impossible to get out so I'm looking for a new one. |

Thats just a standard jam nut. Around here Id go down to the local Ace / Handyman and pick one up. Its nothing special. A standard nut and washer will work with some thread locker or better yet my preference some silicone instead if you can't find a jam nut or nylon lock nut.
I prefer silicone instead of loctite as it is easy to get loose later and it deals with vibration better in my experiences. |
