Around here Id go down to the local Ace / Handyman and pick one up. Its nothing special. A standard nut and washer will work with some thread locker or better yet my preference some silicone instead if you can't find a jam nut or nylon lock nut. I prefer silicone instead of loctite as it is easy to get loose later and it deals with vibration better in my experiences. wideglideleon likes this.
