Hmmm..........Firestone! You need to bring it to an alignment shop that does high end sports cars. Not sure how competent Firestone is in California but around these parts, we avoid these sorts of places.

I'd get a second opinion. I really doubt you'd have frame damage if can't see any damage from underneath.

What part can't be aligned? Toe, Camber ? Are you lowered? You can get aftermarket toe bolts or camber arms. Sounds like the shop that looked at it have no clue.

I have a similar issue where my front camber has a .7 degree difference left from right. I took my car to Precision Z for an alignment and was told the vehicle may have frame damage since it was too much of a difference.

I told them that was highly unlikely since I bought the vehicle brand new and has never been in an accident although I heard its due to car built tolerances.

I made an appointment at West End Alignment so lets see how that goes.

If you want to check for yourself, the FSM has distances between different points on the chassis - just so one can check frame squareness. Two people and a tape measure should be all it takes (once you get the car in the air).

Yeah, like adjusting for the crown of the road. I always had to tell them to set it to Nissan spec dead in the middle. If they got it wrong I would have an ill handling pig.
