Would this warrant front camber arms?

You're lowered. So....Yeah. You need arms.

I agree. SPL FUCAs are a must
but why is there a .7 deg difference L/R front?

Idk. Sean at Precision Z where I got the alignment couldn't explain it either. Anyone have any ideas what would cause that? Now, will that difference be corrected with the arms?

With arms like the SPL's. You can adjust both camber and caster anywhere you want it.

will the SPC counterpart work just as well to adjust camber and caster? I know... the SPL arms are better built but I wont track or Auto X, just some spirited driving and ocasional canyon carving so I'm debating

I wouldn't normally say you need the adjustable control arms, but the .5 degree camber difference from left to right would bother me.
As long as your toe is set correctly, you shouldn't see any extreme tire wear. (and proper tire inflation) |

Yeah I'm taking it in to get the uppers arms installed and aligned. The difference is noticiable. Now regarding my rear readings , you think I'm fine where I'm at? What numbers should I tell technician to leave me at? If it helps, it just my weekend car and I like doing spirited driving on mountain roads that's it.

I would leave the rear alone. I'm running the same camber with less toe. But you don't want less toe. The closer you get to zero toe, the greater the chance of snap-over steer.
For the front. Set camber at -1.5 to 1.75. Toe at 1/16" in. Caster at +6.
