Resurface Rotors

No issues with apds/rotor's, only issue with drivers not understanding that parking a car after flogging the brakes mercilessly results in the pads depositing pad material on the very hot

No issues with apds/rotor's, only issue with drivers not understanding that parking a car after flogging the brakes mercilessly results in the pads depositing pad material on the very hot rotor under the pads and when they drive off, the area of the rotor under the pad is a) slightly softer than the metal in the rest of the rotor ring due to differential cooling and b) the deposited pad material offers a slightly different co-efficient of friction to the rest of the rotor ring.

This shows up as pulsing under-foot and it is also felt thru the steering wheel.

Like I said, this is a primary example of the problem being located in the occupant of the driver's seat and not in the braking system

The fix is simple - it is called "bedding" the brakes again - Google is you friend and there is a link further up in this thread
