Atlanta lowering spring install
I know there's an old thread like this, but I hate resurrecting old threads like that...
Anyone recommend an inexpensive shop to install lowering springs? I know I could do it myself, but I don't have the time or the tools to do it... plus I'm getting too old to crawl under a car like that! haha! I contacted a couple of places, but I got quotes from $600 to $1100 to install them, labor only! All of the searches I've found have people saying I should be able to get them installed for $100 or so, but none of those were Atlanta... I can't believe that Atlanta would be that much more expensive than any other location! |

I have never used them, but they were knowledgeable with the Z's suspension @ the 1/2 mile Ga. shootout in Clayton last month.

thank you for the suggestions. I put in a request to join the ZAtlanta facebook group over a week ago but haven't been approved yet.
I called Z1 but the guy that could tell me wasn't in. I go there tomorrow to pick up some parts, so I'll ask again, but I expect them to be on the high side. I'll call that other place tomorrow, too. I just don't understand how it could vary so much! I mean $100 vs $600 or $1100? One shop asked me, "Why in the world would you want to go screw up the ride of that car?" |

I want to thank everyone who helped out here... especially the ZAtlanta group and their facebook page. I was able to find someone (long drive, unfortunately) for a great price
