Toe Bolts or Lockout?
Sorry guys, I'm a noob when it comes to suspension. I am ready to purchase the SPL rear camber kit and I know I'll need something for my toe. I've heard toe Bolts and eccentric lockout being thrown out there. Can somebody explain each and which one I will need to go with? Thanks in advance!

You will need both if you have aftermarket camber arms.
The toe bolts will replace the stock toe bolts for the spring bucket. The new toe bolt will require you to slot the factory hole for more adjustment. If you have aftermarket camber arms, they are adjustable. You will want to replace the factory bolts with lock out bolts so that the adjustment is only made in the arms. For stock arms, the bolt is used to make camber adjustments. The adjustable bolt is not needed when you have adjustable arms, so you lock it out.

I didn't need the toe bolt - just the lockout. My experience says try the alignment with the oem toe adjustment first. If you need more then go aftermarket. Your call.

if you have aftermarket camber arms (i have SPL), do you absolutely need to lock out the eccentric bolt?
let's say I *do* opt to lock it out, it just means that I would then have only 1 point of adjustment for camber, right? if I dont, will it manage to slip or lose it's setting over time? |

Without them you waste your time. Your settings will still slip and you've made your alignment that much harder to perform. Sorry, literally without them you waste money, lol. Pretty much defeats the purpose of the arms
