Default Loud brake noises

okay so i got my 2016 370z brand new from the dealership on new years eve. the car only has about 2200 miles on it but the other week i was pulling into my garage ever so slowly and the brakes made a horrendously loud noise that i cant really describe. the car only does it when i allow the car to move very very slowly. its kinda funny now that i think about it. but is this normal for the car or should i take it down to the dealership and have them take a look at it?

There should not be any noises coming out of stock brakes. Check you lug bolts and caliper bolts before you do anything.

Also remember something about spring spacers that need to be removed when the car is prepped at the dealer. Look to see if there's anything funny like that around it.

Or... maybe you caught a stick or a rock and it's clunking around in there.

In any case, stick your nose in there and look around for something out of the ordinary.

If you are easing off the pedal ever so slightly it can make some noise. It's normal on any car. The pads make it more pronounced than anything.

If it felt like a shudder or moan/growl, and the brakes are acting normally otherwise:
1) You picked up some water on your trip and causing grab/release cycles. Should disappear when things dry out.
2) The rotors have some glaze on them. Similar to #1 but it won't just go away. You will need to bed the brakes.
3) You have some oil or other contaminant (eg, Zauskycop's rust) on at least one of the pads. The pads will have to be pulled to inspect.
4) If #1-3 aren't the problem, start looking for mechanical problems (see B&W_Evader's comment above for a good start).
5) Some rotor/pad combos just do that (see Spooler's comment above), especially when cold.

It's under warranty. Take it to the dealer.

Oh yeah, the clip did the trick. That is a normal sound. Nothing to worry about. The pads are chattering over the brake disk while easing forward. It is due to pad compound.
