assuming sport calipers:
put the old worn pad back in on one side and use 2 flat blade screwdrivers, one on each piston side between the pad and the rotor to push the pistons on that side back in. The longer the screwdrivers the better for leverage. After doing one side of the caliper, repeat on the other.
