Not sure about the swifts but I know from experience the Nismo springs can be removed without using a spring compressor. With the bottom of the shock on the ground, you just need to have someone press down on the upper mount while you take off the nut on the shock shaft. Then slowly take the force off the upper mount.

May be possible but it is not safe to do so without a spring compressor. Go rent one from Autozone or Advance Auto.

Im also dropping my 2015 nismo on swifts. I did the back ones yesterday night but am having a shop do the fronts today. Much easier than renting a spring compressor, deposit, driving back and forth etc. Shop is doing it for $120 fronts only. Im gonna post pics in the Nismo section once done. Good luck on yours. Rears were simple by the way.

$120 is a deal. I had a local performance shop want $300 for fronts only. I will look out for your post as far as alignment numbers go. Spacers? I have 20mm all around

Im supposed to pick up my ride in about an hour or so. But no i wont be using spacers. Gonna just get the SPL arms to fix camber and flush out the rears as much as posssible. I may be getting some Forgestars F14's here soon if im not content with the stock Rays. Too bad cause i really like the stock wheels.
