Default SPL shperical bearings, what's too much?

How do you know if your shperical bearings are moving "too" much??

Now with SPL rear knuckle SB's I see my other items moving a lot more. For example my rear coilover bottom mount could never really move out of place because the OEM rubber bushing had no permanent twisting motion side to side like a SB does and it'd just bounce back into place. Of course the OEM rubber was soft so the coil could bounce up and down independent of the knuckle which is bad but what about a SB's twisting? After a ride they're mostly all in a twisted stated when I set them to dead center before hand. This is happening because I have SB's on both ends when before it was only 1 with the camber, traction and toe. I'm also seeing in on my front endlinks as those too have SB's on both sides.

Any input?

I just checked mine yesterday and they are all good to go. However last year when I was installing my diff bushing, both sides needed to be adjusted after 6 autox events.

I change spherical bearings when the clunking gets too annoying.

Outside of that, i don't know how to measure wear.
