Depends on the day. Below 50 mine are full soft comp & rebound on stance pro comp II. But when it's warmer and autoxing. I set them 50% stiff front and 25% rear comp. and the rebound front 75%, rear 25%. It also depends on tires, surface, temp, spring rate and use. For the street it's more comfort, but the only way to tune your set up is to track it to use the timer. Sometimes the feel of it isn't always the fastest. It took me 5 events last year to understand what I was doing and how to improve my times.

Wink

Each brand of coil-overs will be different on settings. As each company valve adjustment settings is different. The number of turns on one will not be the same for another company. You should of asked the question with other owners of BC BR coil-overs.

I have BC BR's with 12K front 11 K rear. For Daily I set something like 50% front, and like 10 clicks from full soft rear.

For track I bring the rear to about 12-13 from full stiff. And about 6 clicks from full stiff front. I will adjust no more that 1 click in either direction depending what track I am on from those settings.

For streets of willow, AAA infield, the shorter/go kart-ish type courses I like the front a little firmer. For big willow/chuckwalla/high speed sweeper type tracks I leave everything a little softer for nice smooth turn ins etc.
