Default Squeaky Noise HELP!!

Hey guys, my car is making a squeaky noise every time it is going over a small bump or I am turning my wheel when barely moving. Like taking a turn or something. The noise is coming from the passenger side front. IF i push down from either side to the best of my abilities without denting anything on the car it does not squeak. Also this is my alignment sheet. Alignment was done after SPL and SPC installed 12-01-14 3,216 and my mileage is now 4,608. They maxed out the camber in the front. Any Help is appreciated.
These are some of my aftermarket parts:

Stillen Gen 3 intakes
Tein springs
Stillen sway bars
Berk HFC's
SPL rear camber arms
SPC front camber arms
RJM Clutch pedal
Fast intentions exhaust SS 18" resonators

I agree and make sure the sway bar bushings are greased.

They usually get dry and start to squeak.
