You "can' get your toe adjusted to factory spec without the use of the toe bolt with whatever amount the Swift springs drop (inch and a quarter maybe), however you will be running some negative camber that will wear the inside of your tire over time.

So there isn't any confusion, you cannot adjust toe separately with the camber arm. The toe adjustment will be a result of the camber adjustment made from the arm.

Not trying to be contentious but I think the OP is talking about coil overs, not lowering springs, and also camber arms, which will allow adjustment of camber to specs so he will not be running negative camber that will wear the inside of the tire.

You are correct that toe is not adjusted with the camber arm but with the cam bolt on the rear lower link. The toe may be affected by camber adjustments due to suspension geometry but the primary means of adjustment is with the cam bolt, which is what I think you are saying.

Just trying to be helpful as I know you are also.
