Default Bose without Nav upgrade - Do I need all this?

So I am interested in upgrading my head unit and have a few questions because the crutchfield website had a few recommendations for my purchase.

This is the unit I want to buy.

Pioneer AVIC-7000NEX Navigation receiver at Crutchfield.com

Now when I added to cart it gave me a bundle to buy and a few things.

So this wire I know I need from the bose post on the forum.

Metra 70-7553 Receiver Wiring Harness Connect a new car stereo in select 2007-up Nissan, Suzuki, and Subaru vehicles at Crutchfield.com

This wire I did not read about. Do I need this?

Metra 40-NI12 Antenna Adapter Works with select 2007-up Infiniti, Suzuki, and Nissan vehicles — Motorola male to factory OEM antenna female at Crutchfield.com

This is the kit they recommended. I have read good and bad reviews. Anybody here run it?

Axxess ASWC-1 Steering Wheel Control Adapter Connects your car's steering wheel audio controls to select aftermarket car stereos at Crutchfield.com

And lastly they said I need this, Do I need this and wtf is it?

Scosche SLC4 Line Output Converter Convert speaker connections to line-level preamp connections in mobile audio applications at Crutchfield.com

Thanks for any input guys! Greatly appreciate it.

The only piece you do not need is the line output converter. I can't understand why they tried to sell you that piece, the head unit already has low level outputs.
And to be perfectly honest, I have used these in the past, and if I needed this $20 P.O.S. so my $1200 head unit would function, I would leave the factory stereo in!!

Thanks so much, Thats the direct answer I was looking for. Yeah that last part had me confused myself. Looks cheap and I had no idea why I would need it.

Any idea about that antenna wire? I didnt see the bose thread mentioning me needing that thing.
