Default Favor of those with Stock Navi...

So, currently I have the flip top cubby and plan on converting this area to a stock navi look, but with an android tablet as the screen instead of the stock unit.

I will either order this part, or going to a junk yard and searching for a Z that has one:

To essentially have a look like this:

I've done a search and haven't found anything with exactly what I'm looking for so... What I need from you guys is someone to give me the dimensions (length, height & diagnal) of the screen, so I make sure I pick out a tablet that has close if not exactly the same size screen dimensions. Anyone out there willing to help me out?

Yep, Nexus 7 generation 2 is a near perfect fit and a good tablet at that. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1414384938.187980.jpg

Thanks guys! I've been looking at the nexus 7, just wanted to see if any newer ones would fit (galaxy tab, the newer nexus coming out). I think the nexus 7 will do what I need it to, plus they're really cheap right now.

Ha, thanks!

If anyone has any questions about it just let me know and I'll walk you through it. I'll try to get a DIY on it soon (most likely after the holidays.)
