Default Kenwood 9990HD failure

Hey all, just thought I would share what I went through, minor problem. I had a Kenwood 9990HD installed with a full system a few months back. I had a failure on the headunit already and the shop wanted to send it back to Kenwood for repair. I said I would not be happy waiting a few weeks without a radio since it was so new.. The shop upgraded me to the new 890HD free of charge and no labor. There are not many changes that I can tell aside from the interface and a few menu changes.

I was just surprised to have a failed unit only after a few months installed.. All worked out well though.

Trade in that Kenwood for a trustworthy Pioneer unit.
