Default Radio Volume seems to fluctuate

I was told there is a volume control speed sensitive set up. I just got the 19 car used with 500 miles. My 1st trip home 600 miles, the 1st half, no issues, but after I stopped for gas, I noticed the volume would get lower than back to normal/higher and I was cruising at highway speed. I was not applying any brakes. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated, I did a search and only found info. on changing out the system to an after market set up.

Turn it off. Instructions are in Owner's Manual.
